this weekend I drove my friend's FR-S at an autocross.
I finished 21st/134 overall on index time, and 12th/21 in class. I wasn't too happy with my driving. If I was able to clean up just a little bit, my fastest coned run could have put me in the top 10 overall.
The FR-S was a "Street" class one and for mods had only wheels/tires and exhaust done. Swaybars, shocks/springs were stock.
PS: I beat the car owner by over half a second

Still man, you kept it pretty close to most of the cones.
First time driving it?

Nice work. Which tires were on the car?

What do you think of the Rivals compared to other tires you've run on?

it ranks pretty well. I think it lacks a little in ultimate lateral grip though. It's not much, but enough to make ME not want them after the set I currently have on my M3

I have to run 200tw in my class and currently run Rt615k's...so that's why I was curious.

the RT615k is a joke in the realm of 200tw tires. It ranks last in the group behind the Ventus R-S3, AD08, Direzza Z2, etc.
I've had them and I was not impressed at all

yeah, the problem is sizes. I run 315/18 squared and those tires aren't available...except the Rivals.
